Ingredients

4 cups of hot peppers (Carolina Reaper and Scotch Bonnet)

10 garlic cloves

20 stalks of scallion

30 allspice berries

¼ cup of brown sugar

½ cup of vinegar
Instructions

Wash and clean the scallions and peppers, removing the roots and stems but keeping the seeds.

Roughly chop all the ingredients (wear gloves for safety).

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until you reach your preferred consistency.
