Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.


International Shipping

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, The Raina’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unexpected circumstances such as weather or holidays.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
